How does the Sprout Less weed control system work?

The SPROUT-LESS Herbicide Applicator can be installed on all popular brush saw models. It is designed to fit on the bottom of the brush saw blade. The herbicide solution is released as a result of the cutting action of the saw blade. It is directed towards the bottom of the saw blade thereby, a very thin layer of herbicide solution is transferred onto the stump at the same moment.

The SPROUT-LESS Herbicide Applicator does not produce herbicide spray, mist or fog.

The required quantity of herbicide solution per area unit (hectare or acre) is very small in comparison with traditional herbicide application methods. The flow rate of herbicide solution is calibrated to last about 90 minutes. The refilling of the Herbicide Applicator is done at the same time of refilling the fuel tank of the brush saw.

The operator of the brush saw may need to adjust his / her work habits to achieve best results.
